Processing Time

Every floral design is meticulously created to guarantee that every design satisfies our exacting standards for excellence. As a result, it usually takes us around 3 business days to process custom products. This enables us to finish the intricate process of creating and customizing your unique jewelry. Processing timeframes typically fall between 1-3 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We deliver the product via Courier

Standard Delivery:  2-3 business days

Same Day Delivery: Order before 2PM

Shipping times are estimates and can vary based on your location and external factors such as weather, holidays, or customs delays. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method you select and the delivery address. During checkout, you will be presented with the available shipping options and corresponding costs. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your package. If you do not receive your tracking details within 24 hours of shipment, please feel free to contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Even though we package and ship your product with extreme care, problems can occasionally occur during transportation. Please get in touch with us right away if your delivery is delayed, lost, or damaged, and we will work with the carrier to find a solution. For lost or damaged items, we will make a claim with the shipping carrier and, if necessary, make sure you get a replacement or a refund.
