REFUND POLICY

Every purchase you make on WEMICKIT is final. We do not accept returns because our products are custom made. However, we would gladly send you a new one at no cost to you with the return of the original one. if we make a mistake.

It is your duty to supply the correct delivery address. It is your fault and we are unable to issue a refund if you ordered with the incorrect address, which prevents your order from being delivered. You will be required to pay the reshipping cost, but we will gladly resend your order to the updated address.

Before an order is shipped, quality control is done, and only if the parts are truly flawed and deemed defective will an exchange or refund be given. Please contact us with your earliest convenience, a picture of the defective item, and the reason for the return if there are any flaws or defects.
